Terms of Use
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the basic matters regarding the conditions and procedures for using the internet services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by “GNMLIFE, Inc.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
Article 2 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
These Terms shall become effective once they are notified to users via the Service screen or other methods.
The Site may change these Terms, and the amended Terms shall become effective once notified to users in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.
Article 3 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
Member: An individual or organization that has entered into a service usage agreement with the Site or has been assigned a user ID.
Applicant: An individual or organization applying for membership.
ID: A combination of letters and numbers designated by the member and approved by the Site for identification and service use.
Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the member to verify identity and protect confidentiality, corresponding to the assigned ID.
Termination: The cancellation of the service usage agreement by either the Site or the member.
Chapter 2 Service Usage Agreement
Article 4 (Formation of Service Agreement)
Clicking the “Agree” button at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions is deemed as agreement to these Terms.
The service usage agreement is established when the Site approves the application of the user who has agreed to the Terms.
Article 5 (Application for Use)
To use the Service, the applicant must provide the user information required in the Site’s prescribed registration form.
All user information entered in the registration form is assumed to be accurate. Users who do not provide real names or actual information may not be legally protected and may face limitations in using the Service.
Article 6 (Approval of Application)
The Site shall approve the application for service use, except in cases described in Paragraphs 2 and 3.
The Site may postpone approval until any restriction reasons are resolved in the following cases:
a. When there is insufficient service capacity
b. When technical difficulties occur
c. Other cases deemed necessary by the Site
The Site may refuse approval if the applicant:
a. Applies using another person’s (or Site’s) name
b. Provides false information
c. Applies for purposes that disrupt public order or good morals
d. Fails to meet other requirements specified by the Site
Article 7 (Change of User Information)
Members must update any changes to the information provided during registration. The member bears full responsibility for any issues arising from failure to update.
Chapter 3 Obligations of the Contracting Parties
Article 8 (Obligations of the Site)
The Site provides members with the following services:
a. Newsletters on new services and domain information
b. Automatic entry of personal information for additional domain registration
c. Various additional services for domain registration and management
The Site shall not disclose, reveal, or distribute members’ personal information without consent, nor use it for commercial purposes unrelated to the Service, except in the following cases:
a. Required by law or governmental authority
b. For criminal investigation purposes or requests by the Korea Communications Standards Commission
c. Other requests following legal procedures
The Site shall provide continuous and stable services as stipulated in these Terms.
Article 9 (Obligations of Members)
Members must not engage in the following actions:
a. Illegally using another member’s ID
b. Reproducing, modifying, publishing, broadcasting, or providing information obtained through the Service for purposes other than personal use without prior consent
c. Infringing on the copyrights of the Site or third parties
d. Distributing content violating public order or morals
e. Engaging in actions objectively linked to criminal activity
f. Violating other related laws
Members must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and Service guidelines.
Members must follow usage restrictions announced via Service notices or separately notified by the Site.
Chapter 4 Service Provision and Use
Article 10 (Responsibility for ID and Password Management)
Members are fully responsible for managing their ID and password. Any issues arising from negligence or misuse are the member’s responsibility.
Members must notify the Site if their ID is misused or if any other security breaches occur.
Article 11 (Service Restrictions and Suspension)
The Site may restrict or suspend services partially or entirely in cases of war, natural disasters, national emergencies, or other force majeure, including disruptions caused by telecommunications providers under the Telecommunications Business Act.
The Site shall notify members of the reason and duration of any restrictions or suspensions without delay.
Chapter 5 Changes and Termination of Agreement
Article 12 (Change of Information)
Members can change their personal information, such as address or password, through the Site’s profile or account management services.
Article 13 (Termination of Agreement)
Members may terminate the service agreement by applying via the Service, phone, or online. The Site will restrict service use from the date of termination application.
If a member falls under any of the following cases, the Site shall notify the member at least 7 days before termination, allowing them to provide an explanation:
a. Violation of usage restrictions without remedy
b. Termination requested by the Korea Communications Standards Commission
c. Failure to respond without valid reason
d. False application or fraudulent documents
The Site may restrict future registration for a specified period for members terminated under these rules.
Chapter 6 Liability and Indemnification
Article 14 (Disclaimer)
The Site is not liable for any damages arising from failure to obtain expected benefits or use of service materials.
The Site is not responsible for service disruptions caused by members or third-party intentional acts.
The Site is not liable for content posted or transmitted by members.
For domains with trademarks, any damages or compensation are the responsibility of the purchasing member; the Site bears no responsibility.
Article 15 (Governing Court)
Any disputes between the Site and members shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the location of the Site’s headquarters.
Supplementary Provisions
(Effective Date) These Terms shall come into effect from 2025 September.
